You have been invited by one of our members to try and resolve some form of disagreement between you and them. The other party has initiated an on-line case in our system with an interest in resolving the disagreement to some form of compromise or mutually acceptable settlement. This is quite often done to avoid potentially expensive litigation. AgreeCentral™ may optionally offer to provide technical experts and licensed mediators to assist you, at your option to hire them at varying fees to help you and the complainant resolve the dispute.
There is no fee required to respond to, and attempt settlement of, a dispute case yourself.

While the staff at AgreeCentral, GoingCentral, and TrafficCentral, do not involve ourselves in cases unless you specifically ask for our assistance or hire use through supplemental services, we provide this service website to paying members of GoingCentral™, of which one has filed a case involving you.
Your choice to respond to a case if completely optional. However, you should consider responding to a case as a positive act to resolve matters before escalation to other legal channels occurs, and realize also that in the event that you do not choose to respond, that factual information may also be made available to the complainant for use in court at a later date. Generally, if there is a way you can possibly resolve the dispute before it escalates to costly legal activities beyond this site, it is a good idea to respond and work out some form of compromise or settlement with the complainant.
Quite often, problems in transactions occur because of miscommunication and AgreeCentral's approach to dispute resolution and the additional communications that may occur when you respond, could enlighten both parties to the other's perspective. In addition, if you attempt to work out the case, documents the facts, resolve as much as you can before involving a consultant or mediator with a case, you will already set a foundation for the consultant and mediator to develop an opinion in the case of the consultant, or to further aid the mediation in the case of a mediator.
